In particular, when I go into Outlook on the PC, I can view the accounts, but it doesn't show the ports and other details of the connection. So I'm trying to figure out exactly what the settings are that are being used. (my guess is that windows phones (which might likely be used by businesses) are being routed to servers with valid certificates and Samsung phones are being routed to servers that are old and the certificates have expired) Whereas the 950xl uses the same settings with no problems. And it justĬomplains about the invalid ssl certificate on the server and doesn't connect. I spent about a day trying to get the information to their in app support people, but they really didn't understand the problem and gave up trying to help. My pc outlook and my windows phone 950xl seem to be able to connect with no problem AND they work in both receiving and sending emails and they are using the correct ports.īut I can't get it to work with my Samsung Galaxy S10 phone using Outlook for Android. ![]() ![]() I've been having a variety of problems with Spectrum email for the past few weeks.
